Breakfast At Restoran Chef Fatt, Ipoh.

Last few days from Monday to Wednesday were busy days for us. We started Monday morning with a dim sum breakfast treat given by a good friend together with his wife and 2 grandchildren. He came over to pick us up from our house and took us to Restoran Chef Fatt (Hong Kong dim sum),
We started off with some crispy fried stuffs.
Prawns & minced meat crispy bean curd rolls.
Minced meat, century egg and salted egg crispy bean curd rolls.
Glutinous rice & sesame seeds balls.
Screw pine (pandan) leaves flavoured lotus paste as filling.
 Big steamed pau.
Filling - Chicken, pork, Chinese sausage, hard boil egg, etc.
Deep fried noodle (wat tan hor) with gravy & ingredients.
 Steamed prawn dumplings.
 Fish paste balls.
Steamed Siew Mai dumplings.
Steamed fish paste with blended ginger.
Stir fried white radish cake with bean sprout, egg, etc.
Stewed Deep Fried Chicken Feet with minced preserved black beans, etc.
And we ended our breakfast with this delicious steamed sweet bun. The filling consists of very smooth sweet lotus and egg yolk paste/smoothie.

  24. Tapah is a small town at the foot of Cameron Highlands in Malaysia, with many attractions waiting for the discerning traveller to discover. Besides food that is cheap and tasty, you cannot miss the many wonders of nature in the vicinity of Tapah - such as jungle trails, cascading waterfalls, hot-springs, deer farms etc against the backdrop of breathtaking mountain views.
