I heard from my sister that the wonton noodle in Kafe South Point is very good. The coffee shop is a corner shop at Lebuh Taman Ipoh, Taman Ipoh Selatan. One morning we were in Ipoh Garden and I remembered the wonton noodle. Told hubby that I wanted to try the wonton noodle.
I ordered 2 plates of wonton noodle and I got carried away.
I ordered wonton noodle with stewed pork ribs and bbq pork. When the noodle were brought to our table, we looked at each other. I didn't expected the portion to be so big. I should have ordered 1 plate with bbq pork and the 2nd plate with the pork rib. Then we get to taste both.
Not wanting to waste food, we finished off the whole plate and also the cup of black coffee.
Sunrise from behind the grey clouds.
It was a cloudy morning.
The overcast sky remained for most part of the day.

The following photos are for joining Saturday's Critters
We were with friends at his restaurant and we were seated under the open sky.
The dog sat on the chair while its master enjoyed his beer.
This pet dog was good company for his master.
The above collage was sent to me by a friend. Even though her dogs are now adult dogs, they still want to take their nap in this wooden box. When they were little pups, all 3 siblings slept in this box.

Shall I look at the mountain gods for help?
No! My help is from Jehovah who made the mountains!
And the heavens too!
He will never let me stumble, slip, or fall.
For he is always watching, never sleeping.
(Psalm 121:1-4, The Living Bible-TLB)

Me too!
DeleteOh those dogs just want a tummy rub!
ReplyDeleteI am itching to do that! Lol!
DeleteThe noodles were huge in portion. What a heavy breakfast. Haha.
ReplyDeleteThe dog in the wooden box is cute. Haha. My mum used to have a female dog who loved to sleep like that. Slept on her back instead of normal dog way of sleeping.
We had one dog who slept that way too! And I will be rubbing her tummy!
DeleteWish I could hug the dogs...
ReplyDeleteAnd the dogs will lick your face in return! Lol!
DeleteYou know Nancy, these dishes for me would be for lunch or dinner but never for breakfast. The dogs seem to be relaxed. See ya.
ReplyDeleteCruisin Paul
I know this will be too heavy for breakfast!
DeleteI try to do different things for breakfast, but that might be a little too different for us (I'd love it for dinner though).
ReplyDeleteWe can have this for lunch or dinner! Have a happy new week!
