Dinner Tastes More Delicious When Shared

One morning while having breakfast together with friends, we started talking about the need to cook to clear our fridge. Then the idea came that it would be nice to cook and share our dinner. We decided to have an early dinner in my house. Dinner was ready by about 5.30 pm. My friend contributed the following 2 dishes.
Dried prawn curry with long beans by my friend.
Canned poon choy with added napa cabbage by my friend.

I cooked the following 2 dishes.
Yam bean cooked with carrot, dried prawns and cuttlefish strips
Old cucumber soup boiled with rib bones.
When we shared our dinner, we get to enjoy more variety.
It is also a good opportunity to enjoy one another's company.

Work happily together. Don't try to act big.
Don't try to get into the good graces of important people,
but enjoy the company of ordinary folks.
And don't think you know it all!

  12. Any time with shrimp, I'll be there. I love shrimp. See ya Nancy. While on my cruise, before my main dinner, I would have either shrimp or escargot. Yum, yum.
