Fried Noodle For Breakfast, Home Cooked Lunch And Dinner.

The first meal of the day is breakfast. After our morning walk, we went to our regular fried noodle stall. We were asked if we want to try sambal fried short noodle (loh shu fun in Cantonese). This noodle is not always available and happened to be available that particular day.
So for a change, we ordered the fried sambal "loh shu fun".
Hubby and I shared this plate of noodle.

I bought a pineapple but it turned out to be sour.
I used the pineapple for cooking my lunch and dinner.
I cooked minced meat balls with pineapple and sour plum sauce.
Hubby ate this with plain noodle.
Instead of rice, I want to eat ice vegetable with Kewpie roasted sesame dressing.

I took out the last 2 Horse Mackerel (ikan cencaru) to thaw in the lower shelf of the fridge the night before. They will be properly thaw in time for the next day dinner.
Instead of stuffing the fishes, I pan fried them over low fire. I wanted to eat the fishes with sambal belacan paste.
I used another portion of pineapple to cook my home grown bitter gourd and some long beans with chopped garlic, dried prawns and salted black beans. We ate the above 2 dishes with some steamed rice for dinner.

Work hard and cheerfully at all you do,
just as though you were working for the Lord
and not merely for your masters,
remembering that it is the Lord Christ who is going to pay you,
giving you your full portion of all he owns.
He is the one you are working for.
And if you don't do your best for him,
he will pay you in a way that you won't like -
for he has no special favourites who can get away with shirking.
(Colossians 3:23-25, The Living Bible-TLB)
