My friend has been telling me about the chee cheong fun (steamed flat rice flour noodle) from Jelapang. She has been to this place to takeaway the chee cheong fun and she highly recommended it to me.
Sunrise at 7:35 am
On this particular morning, we didn't go for the morning walk. So I suggested to hubby that we can go try the Jelapang chee cheong fun.
This place is just next to the Jelapang wet market at Jalan Taiping.
First, we ordered some roast pork from the stall next to the entrance.
Then, we ordered our coffee. While waiting for the chee cheong fun, we enjoyed the roast pork and coffee.
Chee cheong fun Hong Kong style.
A mixture of prawn and bbq pork filling.
Served with very tasty sambal. They are generous with the sambal. Can request for more if not enough.
The chee cheong fun is worth a return trip and can try the food from other stalls too.
