On this particular Friday, it was raining on and off for the whole day. Later in the evening, we had planned to meet up with friends for dinner at a restaurant.
The above shot was taken in the afternoon with dark clouds looming over us.
We had made reservation for a table for 6 people for dinner at Super HLT Restaurant, Ipoh. Just before we left for the restaurant, it was pouring heaving. We had to wait for the rain to slow down before we drove out to town.
~~~~~
We ordered the following dishes.
Vegetable soup in individual bowls.
Stewed pork leg & duck in clay pot.
Tofu with pumpkin gravy.
Steamed half a chicken with blended ginger.
Coconut jelly dessert.
After dinner, someone suggested that we meet at another place for dessert.
And now, my little children,
stay in happy fellowship with the Lord so that when he comes
you will be sure that all is well and will not have to be ashamed
and shrink back from meeting him.
Rain will cause traffic congestion at the school.
DeleteAquà nos alegramos, de que la semana pasada llovió por fin un dÃa, después de muchos meses de sequia. Hace falta que se llenen los pantanos que están bastante vacÃos.
ReplyDeleteLo malo es la lluvia torrencial que arrasa campos y ciudades, provocando graves inundaciones.
