INTRODUCTION TO ONLINE SHOPPING FOR DRESSES

Now that I have retired, my friends and I are able to meet up more often. Recently, one of my friends who has been away in Kuala Lumpur for two whole weeks to attend her niece's engagement ceremony, "whatsapp" me and two other friends to invite us for a light dinner. My friends and I go to the same church and we share the same interest. We look forward to update each other with happenings around us and enjoy the jokes and laughter including the tears and personal struggles. We are indeed blessed to have one another as friends to be there for us in both good and not so good times.

We agreed to meet at Kafe Tung Lo Wan, as my friends wanted to try out the food after reading my post about this place. We ordered something light as we only taken dinner.

While waiting for our food to be served, my friend brought out some photos of her niece's engagement. Browsing through the photos we all agreed that her niece looks so radiant and elegant in her evening gown. I asked my friend whether the gown was tailored-made especially for this occasion. She told me that her niece who used to tailored-made her dresses is now buying them online.

Okay, now back to our dinner. The food has arrived and for Chinese dishes, it is best to take it while it is hot. And just to share with you, these are the dishes we ordered for our dinner. (Total cost MYR 24.00):-

Grouper slices stir-fried with ginger slices and spring onion or green onions.

Deep-fried local tofu with toppings of deep-fried dried shrimps,

deep-fried onion slices, onion oil and light soy sauce, fresh green onions.

Water convolvulus (kangkong) stir-fried with shrimp paste (sambal belacan).

Time has changed, whether we like it or not, we have to adjust and catch up with it. Just like having a mobile phone, before we have one, we thought we do not need it, once we started using one, we cannot do without it. Even as a retiree, I need to be open to learn new things which is to my gain.

Through Jesus, therefore,

let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise -

the fruit of lips that confess His name.
