Updates From My Garden

From early morning, the sky was overcast. I can still see the sun rising up from behind the trees.
Morning walkers at the park - 7:20 am
Can you see the many walkers on the other side of the lake?
My path was blocked by this dog so I will have to go to the right.
I made some sound to attract its attention.
This dog could be waiting for its owner.
Back home, I was watering my plants when this little butterfly or moth came to settle on one of the pandan or screwpine leaves.
This photo of my air plant was taken about a year ago.
It was flowering at that time.
Since then, my air plant has multiplied from one to two plant.
When I checked my air plant recently, I noticed the new plant has flowered.
I managed to see the flower just before it withered.
Here are some of the figs in my garden and found that one has dropped before it was fully ripe.
Don't know why it dropped.
And this half ripe fig was eaten by something.
I did find one that is ripe enough to be harvested and eaten.
On a happier note, I harvested the above from my garden.
White and purple eggplants, angled luffa and snake beans.

Linking to Saturday's Critters.

If he sows to please his own wrong desires,
he will be planting seeds of evil and
he will surely reap a harvest of spiritual decay and death;
but if he plants the good things of the Spirit,
he will reap the everlasting life that the Holy Spirit gives him.

  9. What a coincidence, we are going fig tree hunting today. I have never seen an air plant with these colors! Only green ones. Amazing. Do you keep yours outside?
