Wear Comfortable Shoes Or Sandals For The Good Of Our Feet

We all take good care of our body but there is one part of our body which I think is the most neglected and that is our feet. Why do we need to take good care of our feet? Our feet carry our whole body weight whenever we are up on our feet. When we walk, our feet do the walking and bear our body weight every step of the way. When we stand, we stand on our feet and our whole body weight is on our feet.

First and foremost, we need to wear shoes that fit our feet properly. Most women love to wear high heels but we shouldn’t be wearing high heels every day. We should avoid wearing shoes or sandals that are tight. What we wear should not be hurting our feet or toes.
