For the past weeks, we have been having breakfast at the nearby shops. We usually walk, stop to have breakfast at one of the regular coffee shops, and than walk back home. But for this particular morning, hubby decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.
7:40 am - on the way to Canning Garden.
While hubby drove, I took snapshots.
Taking snapshots from a moving car is not easy. Most of the times, the pictures turned out blurry and have to be discarded.
Observing the SOP of MCO such as registering of names, contact numbers or scanning of QR code, and keeping our physical distancing from one another.
2 plates of ccf & 2 glasses of Chinese tea.
I had small portion while hubby had the big portion of ccf.
Waiting for the crunchy bean curd sheet to be brought to our table.
My breakfast: A plate of chee cheong fun (ccf) served with garlic oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and crispy fried onion plus 1 piece of crunchy deep fried bean curd sheet.
~~~~~
Cockscomb flowers from my garden.
These are self-propagating plants.
I only planted cockscomb once. When the plant is old, I pulled out the old plant. At its own timing, many tiny plants will appear at and around the same spot.
A few generations of Cockscomb has come and go.
Simple eat out dinner.
We were still full from the Indian curry rice lunch we shared. So instead of cooking, we eat out at our regular coffee shop.
Hubby had a piece of chapati with chicken curry and a glass of Chinese tea.
Found this butterfly fluttering under our porch area. These are the best that I can managed because it was never still for long.
Linking to Saturday's Critters.
Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow,
an undeserved curse will not land on its intended victim.
(Proverbs 26:2, New Living Translation-NLT)
A vibrant colour is that flower.
DeleteThis was the type of CCF I ordered during MCO... pricing was RM7 for the large one plus delivery charges. But ok lah as this isn't commonly found in KL anyway.
ReplyDeleteThis type of ccf is very common in Ipoh.
DeleteThis 腸粉 is not rolled one. I would like to try this type.
