Dinner At Restoran Stimbot & BBQ (Gourmet Legend Enterprise)

I can't remember when we last had a steamboat dinner. It could have been more than a year. Last Friday (150th day MCO), our friend suggested that we go for steamboat dinner instead of the usual rice & dishes type of dinner. Here are some of the snapshots I took while waiting for the food to be cooked. Once we started eating, no one has the time to take photos.

This is a steamboat buffet dinner. For seniors, we were charged RM 29.80 per pax. To avoid disappointment, call ahead to make reservation. Tel.no: 011-1154 9789.

Besides cooking your own food, you can also order food from the kitchen. You can choose from the Japanese food menu or the Western food menu. Just tick on the chits provided on your table and hand them over to the server.

Fish from the Japanese menu.
Fried chicken wings from the Western food menu.
Lamb chop from the Western food menu.

Desserts.
Besides watermelon, I enjoyed the above desserts such as jelly and creme brulee.
Ice-creams.

Yellow hibiscus from my garden.

  8. The meals look good and that lamb chop is small and only a bit of lettuce - kind of wonderful if rice or potato was offered along with some veggies.
    The fish looks good...take care.

    1. The portion is small because it is supposed to be served with rice but we didn't want the rice.

  9. Good value for money steamboat. The yellow hibiscus is so pretty with so many petals. Have you counted the number of petals that it has? The signboard looks creepy to me.

  15. Steamboat dinner ( Stimbot )is really what? What dinners do they give you while you sit at the table and is there enough to eat? It does look interesting to me but would there be enough food for me?
    Have a great Tuesday Nancy.

    1. It is something like a hot pot. You pick the food you want to eat and cook the food in the boiling soup or grill the food on a griller. Its buffet style, so you can eat as much as you can.
