We went for our walk on Thursday morning, and then went home to take the car to town.
We drove to Kedai Kopi Yee Fatt for breakfast.
Hubby and I ordered dry curry noodle. I used to call this messy curry noodle because of the thick curry gravy covering the noodle. Underneath the thick curry gravy was bbq pork with flat rice noodle for me and for hubby was bbq pork+chicken curry with mixed noodle.

Back home in my garden.
I found another mushroom all by itself.
For lunch, hubby and I ate bread with home made kaya.
Hubby had nescafe ice and I had hot nescafe.

Home cooked dinner.
Home made char siew or bbq pork.
I used non-stick pan to cook the char siew.
Char siew gravy on the left and char siew on the right.
Blanched malabar spinach from my garden.
I cooked noodle (dried Cintan non-fried noodle) with sambal dried prawn.
Home cooked delicious dinner.
Before we eat our dinner, I poured the gravy over the char siew or bbq pork.
If you are wise,
live a life of steady goodness
so that only good deeds will pour forth.
And if you don't brag about them,
then you will be truly wise!

I NEED some bbq pork!! They look so good, Nancy. Great sky photo :-)

DeleteI love to eat dry Curry noodles. I see so much curry gravy on your noodles. So very flavourful. Now that it is raining I think you will find more mushrooms eventually. Delicious dinner! Your homemade char siew looks so good. How did you find the time to make the charsiew? I guess it must take a long time to bbqed it evenly. I can only finish the malabar spinach but cannot finish the noodles and char siew.
ReplyDeleteThe char siew very easy to make. Just marinate the pork overnight in the fridge. Next day, cook in non-stick pan over med-low fire until cook.
DeleteI like noddles a lot but I have never eaten them properly prepared. It would be a very nice experience. Take care :)
