A Pot Bless Celebration To Start Off The SG Meetings.

Our church's small groups meeting has been in recess since end of last year for the festive season such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and etc. Now that all the festive celebration is over, it is time to resume the small groups meeting with a pot bless dinner gathering.
The day started with a lovely sunrise.
 Sunrise at 7:17 am
Here are some of the home cooked food brought by members who attended the pot bless celebration. There were many more which I didn't take snapshots.
Chicken curry and steamed chicken.
Stir fried celery and sweet spicy chicken.
Braised pork belly and mixed vegetables.
Steamed soft tofu and fried egg omelette.
Pizza, fried noodle and curry puffs.

 Ceramics from the Xuandi (C.1540).

Red Amaryllis Lilies from my garden.

"Look at the lilies! They don't toil and spin,

and yet Solomon in all his glory was not robed as well as they are.

  4. Which dish did you bring? I would love to try the puffs, we have nothing like them here. Are these meetings at the church, or at someone's house? Gorgeous amaryllis!
