Roast Chicken Leg On A Warm Evening

While I am typing here, I could hear the rumbling of the thunder, howling wind and rain outside. Thankful for the rain to cool down the temperature. It has been very warm for the past few days.
Sunrise at 6:43 am, one warm morning.

Japanese Roses from my garden.

This warm weather makes me lazy but I need to clear some veggies in the fridge.
So I marinated 2 chicken legs before roasting them in the oven for dinner.
Blanched long beans and okra from my garden and some bought lettuce.
Next, drizzled some Kewpie roasted sesame dressing over the veggie.
Our simple dinner for a warm evening.

    1. Thank you, Paul. These roses are much easier to grow and take care than the roses you have in your garden.

  17. What a beautiful sunrise, Nancy. Our weather has been crazy this week as well. It started with thunder and rain and now, two days later, we are getting a heat wave. I wonder how the week will finish.
