Spicy Pan Mee At Restoran Hoo Wan & Airplane Windmills.

One morning after our walking exercise, I mentioned to hubby that its been a long time we last had spicy pan mee at Restoran Hoo Wan, Menglembu. It was hubby who first introduced this pan mee to me. We reached the place about 5 minutes before 8 am and there were not many customers. We were seated at a table under open sky, placed between 2 shops.
Both of us ordered the dry version pan mee.
I requested for spicy while hubby preferred the non-spicy version.
We also ordered 2 dumplings (sui kow) in soup to share.
This was hubby's non-sweetened black coffee with ice. Thick and strong!
Restoran Hoo Wan (next to Restoran Uncle Hup),
Lintasan Kledang Timur 8, Bandar Baru Menglembu, Ipoh.
As we were driving away from the restaurant after breakfast, we passed by a house with 2 airplane windmills/weather vanes. Hubby spotted them and pointed them out to me.
Hubby slowed down the car for me to take these snapshots.
This is the first airplane without ribbons attached.
This is the 2nd airplane.
This one has ribbons attached to it.
We were happy we found these airplane windmill/weather vanes.
