Beautiful Morning And Pretty Flowers.

Last month our monthly outing was on a Thursday, 25th of August. I woke up at about 7 am, decided to water my plants before getting ready for the outing. My friend will be picking me from my house about 8.30 am. When I went out to the garden, a beautiful sunrise greeted me. Here are some sunrise shots to share with you.
The time was about 7:25:23 am - golden sunrise.
Then I turned around to face west to see the light from the rising sun cast on the Kledang Hill. The time was about 7:25:39 am.
Back to facing east to watch the rising sun - 7:25:58 am.
About 7:28:24 am.
Time about 7:30:06 am.
Back to facing west - 7:30:36 am. Looks like rain clouds were gathering.

My friend came to pick me up at about 8.30 am and we drove to Restoran Moon De Moon, Hala Wah Keong, Taman Mirindi which is well known for its chicken noodles for our breakfast.
The popular chicken noodle (kai si hor fun). Ordered 2 bowls.
And we also ordered a plate of chee cheong fun to share. I love the crunchy pickled long beans. After our breakfast, we drove to UTC, Ipoh to pay our bills, etc.

The following photos taken during our holiday in Fraser's Hill are for joining Flower Wednesday.
I don't know the name of his flower/plant.
(8.09.2016 - someone helped identified this as Salvia splendens)
Begonia with colourful leaves and small pretty pink flowers.
Strawberry plant in a pot bearing fruits.
How I wish I can also grow these strawberry in my garden.
Pretty red flowers that look like roses.
I think they look like Camellia flowers/plant.
(08.09.2016 - someone helped identified this as Japanese quince)
Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you in advance.

  18. Good morning Nancy!:) How lovely to wake up to such a glorious sunrise. Lovely photos of the sky, the food, and the flowers. I make a chicken soup which looks like the one in your photo, and it really is flavoursome. Thank you for the info, about Snow beer, and how it takes on a white colour, and different texture. I didn't know that any beer could be transformed in this way. Have a good day!:)
