Simple Pork Ribs Recipes for Home Cooking

Everyone is complaining about the hot weather. This hot weather is making me very lazy.  There is going to be an increase in our electricity bill during this time.
Sunrise and reflection at the park @ 6:50 am
 Sunrise @ 7:05 am
One afternoon we had roast duck and bbq pork rice at a new place.
Hubby and I shared this plate of rice and I quite enjoyed this lunch.
Saw this plant with flowers in front of a row of shop.
One day our car was parked in front of this motorcycle shop.
Not sure whether this was for sale because there was no "For Sale" sign.
Though I was lazy to cook, there is still stock in the freezer which I need to clear. Thinking of something simple to cook to shorten the sweating time in the kitchen.

"Melt in the mouth" braised pork ribs.
I placed all the ingredients into the pressure cooker and slow cooked the pork ribs.
Steamed white brinjals (eggplant) and winged beans topped with garlic oil and scallop sauce. The veggies were harvested from my garden.
Colourful shops to cheer up the town.
 Waiting for the green light.

Roast pork ribs - Western Asian fusion style.
We couldn't finish the pork rib, kept the left over for next day's dinner.
Blanched broccoli topped with garlic oil and scallop sauce.
We pass by this fence regularly.

Listen to this wise advice; follow it closely,
for it will do you good, and you can pass it on to others:

    1. Thank you, Carol! A mixture of some of the sauces that I have in my kitchen and fridge. I don't normally follow any fixed recipes. Sometimes I get very tasty flavour sometime not so tasty, depending on the sauces I put in. Lol!
