Fish Head + Vegetables Curry

This was Thursday before the MCO 3.0. There was a pink sunrise on our way out for our morning walk. It was later than our usual time.

Sunrise at 6:55am.
~~~~~
Back home in the garden after morning walk.
I get to harvest the above.
These will be used to cook fish head + vegetables curry for dinner.
Hubby's breakfast: black coffee and bread with kaya (coconut jam).
I had black coffee, toast with strawberry jam (forgot to snap photo).
Papaya and some biscuits for lunch.
Dinner: steamed rice with fish head + vegetables curry.
Ingredients for curry: 1 medium sized fish head + the freshly harvested home grown red and long green okras, and green eggplants and 1 medium sized pineapples. I divided the curry into 3 portions and gave 1 portion to my neighbour.
Work hard and cheerfully at all you do,
just as though you were working for the Lord
and not merely for your masters,
remembering that it is the Lord Christ who is going to pay you,
giving you your full portion of all he owns.
He is the one you are really working for.
(Colossians 3:23-24, The Living Bible-TLB)
  3. Arghhh, I am so envious of your vegetables from your garden. I only get a few measely sayur manis from mine for my instant noodles. I like fish head better than other parts of the fish, looks yummy
    1. No worry Paul, I won't laugh but I did smile. I know some people do not like fish head. Over here it is a delicacy but not everyone likes it.
  14. Love all the vegetables you harvested. Do you need to use them all up as soon as possible or can keep longer in the fridge uncooked?
  18. Lovely sunrise. Food looks delicious but no fish heads in our area. I did buy some Alaskan Cod when Megan and I were shopping for groceries. When Phil and I were out walking this evening there were clouds that looked like fish bones. The further we looked to the south, it almost looked like a fish. Sometimes we have interesting looking clouds. Good scripture verse you shared! Thank you! Have a blessed week!
