Simple Breakfast, Black Vinegar Pork Leg & Chive Omelette For Dinner

This was 4th day MCO 3.0. It was drizzling when we woke up. When the drizzling stopped, we were able to set out for our early morning walk.

Breaking of dawn.
~~~~~
We stopped at a roadside stall because hubby wanted to buy economy fried beehoon for breakfast.
The portion of the noodle was big. I took a few spoonful for myself plus 2 pieces of savoury biscuits with strawberry jam. We had 2-in-1 black coffee, gifted from our neighbour.
~~~~~
Lunch
I was busy with the sewing machine, testing out the new electric motor and foot pedal. I needed to do some mending work.
So hubby volunteered to cook instant noodle for both of us.
He used 2 packets of Mi Sedap Mi Goreng Asli (instant noodle).
He used only 1 sachet of flavouring for 2 packets of noodle.
~~~~~
Home cooked dinner
Last portion of black vinegar pork leg.
Home grown chives and egg omelette.
Appetizing dinner on a cool evening.
We saw this Labrador Retriever running loose.
It stopped in front of this house and it looked lost.
Just around the corner its owner with a pet leash was looking for him or her and we pointed the owner to this house.
It is this God who has made you and me into faithful Christians
and commissioned us apostles to preach the Good News.
He has put his brand upon us - his mark of ownership - and
given us his Holy Spirit in our hearts as guarantee that we belong to him
and as the first installment of all that he is going to give us.
  4. Good that your husband cooks for you sometime. I think you miss out the word meehoon or noodles for the economy breakfast. Now that the pork leg vinegar has been cleared, will you miss this dish?
  5. Lucky that you all told the owner where the dog is. Cannot bear the thought of the dog being hungry if he got lost. Do you know where the dog's owner live?
  6. I love your dinner! I have not eaten vinegar pork legs for a long time. Yesterday, I harvested chives from my garden for my kimchi.
    1. I didn't know that chives can be used to make kimchi too. Its a pity I don't know how to appreciate kimchi.
    1. I have chives growing in 4 pots which gives me more than enough chives. They can be harvested any time they are needed.
