After our first visit to Restoran Lee Kitchen, we revisited it again to try the food from other stalls and this time with our friends. If you are interested, you can click here for more photos and the location of this eatery.
This big round ball caught our eyes. It is about one and a half size of a grapefruit.
It is chewy, outside coated with sesame seeds with sweet peanut filling.
Our friend ordered one for us to share.
We also bought some fried you char kuih and ham chim peang from the Chinese cruller stall.
For drinks, we ordered 2 bowls of black sesame sweet porridge, one unsweetened black coffee and a glass of Chinese tea.
One of us decided not to order any noodles because of the above items.
I ordered a bowl of assam laksa to try.
Hubby ordered mee jawa. Taste wise okay.
The colour a bit pale was due to the lighting.
A friend ordered this bowl of curry noodle to try.
If we were to revisit again, I might want to try the nasi lemak. Lol!
If we were to revisit again, I might want to try the nasi lemak. Lol!
This heavy breakfast will keep us satiated for many hours.
Worry weights a person down;
an encouraging word cheers a person up.
(Proverbs 12:25, New Living Translation-NLT)
Some of this food,especially the first few pictures, looks so artistic and pretty.
