Hubby went out to buy fish noodle for breakfast while I stayed home to prepare the drinks.
Fish noodle (beehoon) with wine (1 portion) for sharing at RM9 and 6 pieces fried stuffed bean curd sheet at 80 cents per piece.
Ingredients in the fish noodle: Beehoon, fried fish chunks, fried fish cakes, green veggie (choy sum), napa cabbage, salted veggie (hum choy), tomatoes, ginger strips, and Chinese cooking wine.
Cleome (Spider Flowers) in my garden.
~~~~~
Dinner Day #1
2nd (last) portion of sambal tumis stinky beans (petai) with prawns.
Heat up this dish by steaming it covered.
Just 1 dish with steamed rice.
Close up of the Cleome (Spider flower) in my garden.
Dinner Day #2
I cooked stewed pork trotter and daikon with sour plum sauce.
Ingredients used: pork trotter, daikon, chopped shallots (generous portion), garlic, blended red chili, tamarind slices (assam keping), sour plum sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
Blanched baby choy fah and drizzled with garlic oil, oyster and soy sauce.
I gave one portion of the stewed pork trotter to my neighbour.
It was a very appetizing and delicious dinner.
Work hard and cheerfully at all you do,
just as though you were working for the Lord
and not merely for your masters,
remembering that it is the Lord Christ who is going to pay you,
giving you your full portion of all he owns.
He is the one you are really working for.
(Colossians 3:23-24, The Living Bible-TLB)
