Holiday In Hoi An, Ancient Heritage Village Of Vietnam

Today's post is NOT about my holiday but it is all about my sister's holiday in Vietnam with her husband and younger son. When she reached Vietnam, she forwarded some photos to us and also to inform that they have reached safely. As you can see from the photos, the hotel is surrounded with all the beautiful plants and old-fashioned settings. It is a very beautiful place.

The idea to document these lovely photos in my blog came a few days later (thanks to our friend, Lynn). I message my sister to inform her of my intention and she willingly forwarded more photos to me and also contributed with comments regarding the photos. So, all these photos are credited to my sister.
Hotel Ha An, in the ancient heritage town of Hoi An in Vietnam, altogether 24 rooms in all. I had to message her to confirm on the spelling of the name of hotel.
This is the main block in white, regal looking.
This is the side wing, in charming yellow.
Lovely flowers and plants.
The room my sister stayed in, on the ground floor.
Reception @ main building.
Bedroom - flower and rose petals on bed.
Daily complimentary fruit basket is served.
Unique bath with no shower curtain. Real plants in hanging pots.
Flowers, rose petals and pebbles flooring for shower.
Dining area - inside air-conditioned, outside fresh air.
Early morning breakfast + fresh air.
Humid and hot in the day time. By night all lighted up like fairy land.
A town of bicycles and motorbikes. Most houses with bougainvillea on the roof.
At night all the roads are closed to traffic. Typical night scene - all shops along the streets are lighted up with plenty of tourist.
Lakeside by evening.
Total transformation of lakeside by night!
Full of tourists, shops and stalls opened and lighted up!
Made to order clothes, pants, shoes, etc. in 24 hours.
Branded coffee beans of your choice. Blend and brew according to order.
Vietnamese coffee, dripping drop by drop into a glass cup
@ MYR 10.78 or 2.99 USD.
And this is the amount of coffee for MYR 10.78!
Typical Vietnamese serving of salad and herbs on red snapper.
Pork ribs with glutinous or sticky rice and salad.
Name of shop is Morning Glory, which is
another name for water convolvulus (kangkung in Malay).

It is good to give thanks to the LORD,
to sing praises to the Most High.
It is good to proclaim Your unfailing love in the morning,
Your faithfulness in the evening,
accompanied by a ten-stringed instrument, a harp,
and the melody of a lyre.
(Psalm 92:1-3, New Living Translation-NLT)
