I woke up early at about 5:30 am yesterday morning (50th day MCO), and couldn't go back to sleep. I brushed my teeth and washed my face and switched on the PC. I went on youtube.com and play the "walking exercise at home" video and followed the walking exercise. This walking exercise causes me to sweat more than the walking exercise at the park. A good exercise to follow until we can resume the walking exercise at the park.
Morning sky at 6:57 am.
Just a tinge of pink in the sky.

Dinner
I cooked 1 dried Cintan noodle plus leftover rice vermicelli from yesterday and mixed with oyster and soy sauce plus garlic oil.
We ate the noodle with leftover spicy sambal stinky beans (petai).
Now whatever leftover food has been cleared from my fridge.
Happy to show off my Bauhinia Kockiana blooms again.
Do you want to be truly rich?
You already are if you are happy and good.

Lovely soft pink & grey sky.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Ginny.
DeleteI love your plates :) Beautiful blooms :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Iwona. Happy weekend.
DeleteI love those long beans! I had them yesterday in our Sinampalucan Soup and I was super happy to take all the beans in there haha We call long beans as sitao
ReplyDeleteI love beans too.
DeleteNice food and of course, the walking exercise! I try to do them on alternate days if possible...cannot be sitting and eating all the time! hahaha
ReplyDeleteHave to discipline myself to exercise.
DeleteI haven´t had noodles in ages! :-) I can´t wait for the restaurants to fully open already ❤
ReplyDeleteBlog de la Licorne * Instagram * We♥It
The restaurants here are allowed to open but many choose not to. The ones that are open are only allowed for taking away or for food delivery.
DeleteLovely skies and I am still so jealous of those mangoes. Keep well Diane
ReplyDeleteThank you Diane. Taking advantage of the mango season to enjoy these sweet and juicy mangoes.
Delete...I would love some mango for breakfast today!
ReplyDeleteWill be buying more mangoes on my next trip to the supermarket.
DeleteCracker with Milo is the best for me. I don't drink coffee.
ReplyDeleteFried meehoon, yummy. I had fried meehoon from mamak stall today.
I drink milo too. Trying not to get addicted to coffee.
DeleteThose beans are so interesting! I like the way they grow up the support like vines.
ReplyDeleteHope to harvest lots of beans from these plants.
DeleteBeautiful sky shots and yummy on all the food. Looks like you two are doing well. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Thankful Thursday. ♥
Thank you, Sandee. Have a wonderful weekend.
DeleteI am amazed that your indoor walking exercise could make you sweat buckets. I must check it out.
ReplyDeleteIt never crossed my mind that bisquits could dip into my nescafe too. I always took them separately. Must try.
Your long beans really look like grass snakes. Lolol
Please do check out the walking exercises. In fact I sweat more walking at home than in the park. If you like soggy and soft biscuits than ok to dip in your hot drink. That is why the beans are called snake beans. Lol!
DeleteYum
ReplyDeleteThank you, RR.
DeleteYour Bauhinia Kockiana is so pretty! And even the vines of the long beans are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Rose.
DeleteI love mangos :)
ReplyDeleteI love too especially when they are sweet and juicy.
DeleteHow do you cook or fry the rice vermicelli. I'd like to know. When ever I would go to the Chinese place I love the noodles but no one would tell me how they cook the noodles and what they mix them with. Do you know Nancy. Stay safe my friend.
ReplyDeleteCruisin Paul
You can search on youtube for Chinese stir fry rice vermicelli recipes. You can see the step by step instructions.
DeleteThat is a good quote to start the day. You are truly rich if you are happy and good.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Gigi.
DeleteThe colour of your nescafe looks like Milo. May you get more long beans. Love your noodles for dinner. Can you please share the link for the walking exercise utub?
ReplyDeleteThe nescafe is light because I use only a tsp of nescafe and 1 scoop of milk powder without sugar added. I usually follow the walking exercise by Leslie Sansone. Here is an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvEJ5WFk2KE
Deletethanks for the link!
DeleteHope you enjoy the walking exercise.
DeleteThe tinge of pink in the sky shot was a delight, beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Mamas.
DeletePyszna kawa i potrawy, Jeszcze chwila i będziesz spacerować po lesie, będzie radośnie :)

ReplyDeleteThank you, Jo-Anne.
DeleteLas flores son lindas. Besitos.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Teresa.
DeleteThe long beans look funny growing!
ReplyDeleteThat is why the beans are called snake beans.
DeleteMy late grandparents liked to dunked their biscuits in coffee!
ReplyDeleteLol! I know why because easier to eat, less chewing on the biscuits.
DeleteThe food, as always, looks amazing, Nancy. I woke up at 5:30 am as well :-) I love the early morning hours.
ReplyDeleteAmalia

Thank you, Amalia. I am an early riser except when I sleep late.
DeleteGood that you did walking exercise at home.
ReplyDeleteWhenever possible, discipline is needed.
